How to help a friend

After watching these video, maybe you realized you may have a friend you want to help who may be in an abusive relationship. As we learned, you need to be extremely sensitive when discussing this with them. Here are some basic tips to helping a friend or loved one:

*Never blame them, accuse them, or ask questions that make it seem like you might be judging them

*Always believe them

*Don't make decisions for them or tell them what to do
